Kerala is one place where I saw the festivals are celebrated amidst all colors. This photo was clicked during my first to Alleppey, a beautiful town in Kerala. I was not sure for which celebration the decorated ones were being carried to. Every time I look at this picture I recollect the way these colors made their impression in my mind!

Photography is about the timing too! The click shown here made me experience this fact. I was casually clicking the landscape around me at Lonavla on a Sunday morning in the month of January. A horse was passing by and I realized that it will cross the bike parked on the road side. And then I aimed at that crossing-moment. And that got resulted into the above click, which is one of my favorite clicks of this year.

Western ghats look breathtakingly beautiful at Mahabaleshwar, the hill station known for its unpredictable yet awesome weather. These photos were taken on an evening after it rained for about an hour in the mid of May, the peak summer month. Had it been a clear sky, probably a few other mountain lines could have got captured. Nonetheless, amidst the misty clouds, the beauty of the ghats has got enhanced I believe! Its a must visit place!

Sunset on river-side - PramsPhotography #20

Water, coconut trees, setting sun and river bank is one of the perfect combinations for photography. An evening spent clicking the sunset with the above combination was one of the best of its kind. Blissful experiences such as this one changes the way we look at a few of the otherwise regular things of our lives. Memories of such are for lifetime. 

Moive: Brahmostavam

If only few people can like this movie's script, I'm glad that I'm one of them! Amidst the modern day movies of all types, a movie like this one is important to get released once in a while. To narrate the adorable human relationships. To demonstrate the belief of movie makers. To let the viewers think of their ancestral generations, who probably had only the survival instinct and less egos and less money and less hatred.

Rich production values are the boon to this movie along with Micky J Mayer's that fabulous title bit in the second half.

'Monotonous' is the right word for Mahesh Babu and Samantha's dialogue delivery and expressions. Looks do not work every time. A lot could have been done in a better way but Congratulations to Srikanth Addala for this thoughtful attempt. 

The moment that got to me!

It's been long since I cried while watching a reality show in TV. For a first time in all these years I watched "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" on Zee tv for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. More than Aishwarya, the singer in orange jerkin in the pictures shown here won my heart. He is blind by birth, but a fantastic singer by practice. He said on stage after his performance that he never had regretted for not having eye sight but from that stage, he would like to request god for eye sight for ten seconds, so that he could see the beautiful lady in the world, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Inner beauty is beauty but external beauty cannot be ignored too! 

The moment he said that was the moment I melted within. Not sure of the reason, but probably it got to me that even though differently-abled people cannot do certain things normally, but they do a few things differently, beautifully and perfectly.

Summer is never the same for every one. And for the  trees on this hill top at Bheemashankar forest, it seems, summer means nothing! In the forties of temperature, the trees in this forest have remained clear green! While entering the forest by car, it felt as if a cave, a green cave, was being entered. A great experience it was! A must to visit place it it, be it in rainy season or summer.

Photography from airplane is fun. It gives amazing experience and also ensures the time gets passed without thinking of the probable 'going down', for the fact that we are in the air up above the sky! When I got the window seat and next to the airplane's wing, I was not happy to begin with; because I thought it would appear in every photo I click. But when I clicked the above picture, it was the moment that made me wish for the same seat again and again! Realizations keep happening in life, does not matter where you are!

Freshness is the feeling we often want, to get relaxed and refreshed. Fresh vegetables make it most lovingly into the Indian kitchen. And if the fresh vegetables are from our home garden, then the freshness doubles every time not just we pluck them but also when we touch them even for few seconds. One such fresh feeling was felt from within when I touched the coriander plants in our garden on one fine Sunday morning. Awesome that experience will remain to be forever in my thoughts.

Irrigation project - PramsPhotography #14

#2010 @Gundlakamma Project, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, India

This picture was taken at the Gundllakamma irrigation project in the district of Prakasam in Andhra Pradesh, India. It was in the evening we reached there and by the time of sunset we were done with visiting the project area, the dam and boating in the reservoir. It was a huge reservoir as can also be understood from the picture by looking at the water level until the top portion of the trees. We spent a pleasant evening there, watched the sunset and returned home. 

Rafael Nadal is BACK onto the 'Clay'!

Successful comeback of our favorite players always excites us. Apart from exciting, it also inspires us to believe that 'Comeback is possible all the time provided the necessary efforts are put in with belief'.

I'd been waiting since a few months to write this kind of a post for Rafael Nadal, one of my favorite players. Feeling great to know that Rafa has won two back to back titles on clay, Monte Carlo and Barcelona Open. And that's a great confidence generator before the Grand Slam on the clay, The French Open - 2016. 

Firstly, congratulations to him for the strong comeback and also for equaling the record of maximum number of titles on clay! Wishing him all the best to continue his champion play to win the record TENTH title at the French Open Championships this year.

It takes a lot of mental strength to coming back to winning ways after considerably long break from the game, also amidst the pouring competition all over. The skill he possesses is helping him to pass through the competition with ease. I've not watched him playing yet this year, but I hope he is his great form of fitness, which is very important to win on clay. Looking forward to follow the French Open to see this man WINNING it in style.
